Reef Bound Sol Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to love your Reef Bound Sol products! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Return:

1. Contact our customer service at team@reefboundsol.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at team@reefboundsol.com with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
